B2B-PH-K-S KiCad symbol and footprint
2-pin vertical through-hole header from JST’s 2.0 mm PH series, the common battery and sensor connector. PartSpark generated this schematic symbol and JST PH 2-pin PCB footprint from the part number alone. We then checked every pin and pad against the JST datasheet.

- Pitch is 2.0 mm and holes are Ø0.7 mm, matching the top-entry PC board layout on page 1 of the JST PH datasheet. Pin 1 is on the right, as in JST’s drawing viewed from the mounting surface.
- The silkscreen and fab outline are 5.9 × 4.5 mm with the hole row 1.7 mm from one long edge, so the outline shows which way the housing faces. A dot marks pin 1.
- Ø0.7 mm is the bottom of JST’s 0.7 +0.1/−0 mm range, and JST suggests a larger hole for glass-fiber boards such as FR-4. KiCad’s own footprint uses 0.75 mm, so consider widening the drill for your fab.
To use the files, add the .kicad_sym under Preferences → Manage Symbol Libraries and put the .kicad_mod in a .pretty folder registered under Manage Footprint Libraries with the nickname ProtoFlow.pretty, which is what the symbol’s Footprint field points to. Review the land pattern against your fab’s rules before ordering boards.
